You will want to know everything that you can to assure the best start in life for your puppy and for your on-going relationship with your dog.

The arrival of your new puppy is a crucial time to start training as behavioural patterns are laid down for life. The comprehensive program has been carefully designed to take you through all the obedience basics and experiences, giving you a good foundation for life with your new puppy.

Learning vital early-stage skills to set you up for a great life together, here is a list of just some of the things we will cover:

Common puppy issues like chewing / biting / toilet training
Learning their name
How to relax and settle
Basic commands (Sit / Down / Stand..)
Walking on the lead
Coming back when called
Not jumping up
Increasing their confidence
Handling and grooming
Drop training

Puppy classes

I am officially authorized by the Veterinäramt Kanton Zürich to provide mandatory courses – VETA ZH-HAB-0934-260110 – Currently, puppies in the age between 8 and 16 weeks and >15kg in adult age have to complete at least 4 training classes (Welpenförderung) which can be attended in a group or private lessons. Further lessons can be of course taken.
Each class lasting approx. 50 min.
Small group, max 5 puppies per group lesson.
Only reward-based easy and effective puppy training methods are used at Fit dogs School.
Positive, reward-based training methods will empower you to strengthen the bond you have with your dog.

Location and timing: * ALTSTETTEN – 8048 (dog camp). Starting on Tuesday 7th March 2023 at 18:00!
